CIPA Publishes 2021 Edition Of Iain Russell’s “Study Guide To FD2”

FD2 Guide

The Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) has published the second edition of Iain Russell’s study guide to FD2. FD2 is the ‘patent drafting’ examination that trainee patent attorney can take to become Chartered Patent Attorneys. The study guide includes chapters on spotting an invention, claiming an invention, drafting dependent claims, drafting other parts of a patent specification, and general tips on the exam.
