It runs entirely in your browser. No data leaves your device. Even so, please only use it with publicly available data.

As a BETA tool, features may change or be removed, and we may not be able to provide individual support. However, feedback is very much welcome.
Structured Reader is a simple, browser-based tool designed to make long, complicated documents easier to read. Paste any public text — such as a published patent application, technical standard, policy document, or academic paper — and Structured Reader breaks it into clear, manageable sections that you can work through at your own pace.
You can collapse or expand sections, highlight search terms, switch into focus mode, view each paragraph as stepped bullet-style sentences, track what you’ve already read, and estimate how long the remaining text might take to complete. Because everything runs entirely inside your browser, your content never leaves your device.
Structured Reader is useful for reading dense technical or scientific material, working through long patent descriptions, stepping through legal or regulatory text, navigating standards, manuals, or guidance documents, and reducing cognitive load when dealing with long prose. It doesn’t summarise, rewrite, or interpret anything — it simply formats the text you provide in a clearer, more structured way.
